The rules for using Hasad, and how we handle your data.
Your privacy, and your data, belong to you
We collect the minimum data we need and use it only to deliver the service you asked for. This page explains what we collect and why, and what your rights are.
The service and its terms
- Hasad is farm management software delivered as a monthly or annual cloud subscription.
- The service begins at the end of the free trial period or once the chosen subscription is paid.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Data is retained after the subscription ends for the period agreed in the contract, with full export available throughout.
The data we collect
- Account data: name, email and phone number, required to create the account and contact you.
- The farm data you enter: farms, fields, crops, workforce, inventory and accounts — which remains yours.
- Usage logs and sign-in times, used to improve the platform and resolve technical issues.
- Billing data: if you request a paid plan we need the payment details provided by the payment provider, and we never store card numbers.
Acceptable use
- You may use the platform to manage your own legitimate agricultural operations.
- Entering misleading data, or attempting to access other users’ accounts, is not permitted.
- Automated copying of the platform or extracting its content commercially without written permission is not permitted.
- Your plan includes a set number of users, and each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password.
Privacy and data protection
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
- You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time.
- Added users see only what their permissions allow, and every change is logged.
Limits of liability
- The service is provided “as is”, and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability at every moment.
- We are not responsible for agricultural or financial decisions you take based on platform data.
- We take regular backups, but we cannot guarantee recovery from loss caused by an exceptional event beyond our control.
- We are not liable for records that were not entered into the platform, or that the user entered incorrectly.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms when the service or applicable regulations change.
- Any material change will be communicated with reasonable notice before it takes effect.
- Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
