What is Hasad

What is the Hasad farm management system?

Hasad is a cloud farm management system that connects land area, crops, field operations, workforce, inventory and accounting in a single database. Through one dashboard, a farm owner, farm manager, agricultural supervisor or accountant can see exactly what is happening on every farm: which crop is at which stage, what was completed today, how much was spent, and how actual output compares with the forecast — instead of scattered spreadsheets and notebooks that cannot be trusted.

Challenges we know

Why is running a farm so hard?

The problem is not the farming. It is that running a farm is scattered across a notebook, a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and scribbled notes. All of that means inaccurate numbers, late decisions, and losses you cannot trace.

  1. Managing more than one farm

With several sites you jump between different files and accounts, so it becomes hard to know which farm is genuinely better and where the problem is.

    How Hasad fixes it

All your farms and fields in one dashboard, compared side by side in a single click.

  2. Relying on Excel and notebooks

Spreadsheets are not updated from the field, and copying them between devices creates conflicting versions nobody can trust.

    How Hasad fixes it

One database updated live, from a phone or a laptop.

  3. Expenses that make no sense

You know money went out, but not which crop or field absorbed it. By the end of the season you cannot say what you earned or why.

    How Hasad fixes it

Every expense is booked to a farm, crop and field, so cost and profit become a calculation rather than an estimate.

  4. Managing the workforce

Attendance, tasks, pay and performance live in a supervisor’s memory or on a sheet of paper, so you lose track of who did what and when.

    How Hasad fixes it

A record per worker: attendance, tasks, pay and output, with a full history of what they completed.

  5. Weak crop and yield tracking

No tracking of growth stages or actual versus forecast output, so the numbers only arrive at harvest — too late to act on.

    How Hasad fixes it

Follow every crop from seed to harvest and compare forecast against actual as the season runs.

  6. Losing data

One document on a personal laptop, another with the accountant, a third with the supervisor. One person leaving can mean losing a whole record.

    How Hasad fixes it

Everything lives in one company account, with permissions and an audit trail for every change.

  7. Not knowing what you actually profit

Revenue is known, the accounting is not. Net profit is estimated by feel rather than calculated from real cost.

    How Hasad fixes it

Revenue, expenses, production cost, and net profit per farm, per crop and per season.

  8. Information spread across too many places

The supervisor is in a chat group, the accountant is in Excel, the owner is in their head, and everyone waits for the monthly report.

    How Hasad fixes it

One update shows everyone the same numbers at the same moment.

  9. Tracking inventory and inputs

You run out of seed or fertiliser mid-season, and the only way to know what is left is to look at the sack.

    How Hasad fixes it

A balance per item with purchase and issue history, and an automatic alert when it hits the reorder point.

  10. Reports you cannot decide from

Totals with no context, so you cannot tell whether a bad month is normal or needs intervention.

    How Hasad fixes it

Production, cost and profitability reports tied to a farm, a crop and a season — ready to act on.

Crop tracking

Every crop on your farm, with its stage and history

The crop board shows what is growing right now: the stage each crop has reached, how far along it is, and when it is expected to be harvested — logged from the field and updated daily.

Modules

Eight modules that run your farm from one record

Every module answers a question a farm owner actually asks: what did we plant, what got done, who is working, what is left in store, and did we make money — all connected in one record.

Farm Management

Create a record for every farm with its sites and acreage, then split it into zones and fields so you know exactly where production and cost sit.

  • Add unlimited farms to the same account
  • Record each farm’s location, acreage and soil type where known
  • Split a farm into zones and fields with the area of each
  • Link every field to its current crop and its history
  • Move between farms and sites from one sidebar
  • A summary per farm: area, crops, costs and production

Crop Management

Follow every crop from planting to harvest, know which stage it is at, and how much it actually produced.

  • Record crop type, variety, season and expected harvest date
  • Track growth stages: preparation, sowing, germination, growth, ripening, harvest
  • Compare expected output against actual output per crop
  • Log crop condition: good growth, stress, pest issue, ready to harvest
  • A complete history per crop: every operation, cost and quantity
  • Review how one variety performed across several seasons

Field Operations

Everything that happens in the field becomes a logged operation with a date, a location and a cost, instead of disappearing by the end of the day.

  • Log planting and harvest operations against crop and field
  • Document irrigation: method, water volume, source and cost per point
  • Document fertilisation: product type, quantity and date
  • Document spraying: pesticide type, quantity and notes
  • Tie operating costs back to the operation that caused them
  • A forward schedule showing what happens next week

Workforce Management

Know who is working today, on which task, at what rate, and what they completed this month.

  • A record per worker: details, pay and farm assignment
  • Log attendance and departure, with a daily attendance rate
  • Assign tasks to workers and track each one to completion
  • Calculate pay based on attendance and approved tasks
  • Compare worker productivity on the same crop
  • See headcount per farm in real time

Inventory Management

Know exactly what enters and leaves your farm stores, and never discover a fertiliser shortfall mid-season.

  • Items for fertilisers, pesticides, seeds, tools and supplies
  • Full movement history: purchase, return, issue, stocktake, wastage
  • Live balance per item and per farm
  • A reorder point per item with automatic alerts when reached
  • Link issued inputs to the operation that consumed them
  • Stocktake, valuation and balance reports per branch

Financial Management

Expenses, revenue, sales, production cost and profit in one place, so you know your real net margin.

  • Log expenses by category: operations, inputs, labour, rent, utilities
  • Log revenue and crop sales with the unit price
  • Calculate production cost per crop from the costs assigned to it
  • Track net profit per farm, per crop and per month
  • Payables and receivables for suppliers and workers
  • Financial reports that close the month in minutes

Reports & Analytics

Track how your farm is performing and make decisions from clear numbers rather than impressions.

  • A management dashboard showing the full picture in real time
  • Production reports: forecast versus actual per farm and crop
  • Expense reports by category, farm and period
  • Crop reports by area and yield
  • Workforce reports: attendance, pay and worker productivity
  • Inventory, cost and profitability reports
  • Export reports to PDF and Excel, and share them

Alerts & Notifications

The right alert arrives at the right moment, so you act before a problem becomes a loss.

  • Task and due-date reminders ahead of schedule
  • Alert when inventory drops below its reorder point
  • Reminders for upcoming field operations on time
  • Alerts when spending exceeds the usual range
  • Alerts when input items reach expiry
  • A short daily management summary readable on mobile

Why Hasad

Why choose Hasad?

Because a farm cannot be run on a notebook. A notebook records. A system gives you what a notebook cannot: accurate numbers, clear comparisons, and faster decisions.

  • All your farm data in one place

Farms, crops, operations, workforce, inventory and money in one system instead of ten scattered files.

  • Better decisions built on data

Compare actual against forecast, and cost against profit, before a problem turns into a loss.

  • Less chaos and less manual work

Ready reports, automatically updated accounts, and a stocktake in minutes instead of hours of compiling.

  • Precise tracking of costs and output

Every expense is booked to a farm and crop, and every quantity is measured — so profit becomes a number, not a feeling.

  • Better workforce management

Attendance, tasks, pay and productivity in one record, so errors fall and the team gets more efficient.

  • See how each farm and crop performs

Compare farms side by side and see which crop is worth expanding and which to stop.

  • Clear reports for management

Production, cost and profitability reports that reach your desk ready to read, daily or monthly.

  • Access from anywhere

In the office, standing in the field, or on your phone — the same platform everywhere.

  • Easy to use

A clear Arabic interface, shortcuts for daily operations, and practical training for your team.

How it works

How does Hasad work?

From registering your first farm to your first data-driven decision — seven fixed steps. Start with what you need now, and add the rest as your operations grow.

  1. Add your farm

Farm name, location and acreage. Add as many farms as you run in the same account.

  2. Add fields and crops

Split the farm into zones and fields, and link each field to its crop, season and harvest date.

  3. Add workers and inputs

Worker details and pay, plus inventory items for seed, fertiliser, pesticide and tools.

  4. Log daily operations

Irrigation, fertilising, spraying and harvest — from your phone while you are in the field.

  5. Track costs and production

Every operation and expense is booked to a farm and crop, so cost and profit build up automatically.

  6. Watch performance on the dashboard

All the numbers on one screen. Keep it updated and compare farms and seasons.

  7. Make better decisions

Expand the most profitable field, stop what is not working, and plan next season on real numbers.

Outcome A farm with clear numbers and decisions built on evidence

In the field

From your phone, while you are on the farm

The biggest barrier to recording work is having to remember it until later, by which time the detail is gone. In Hasad the supervisor logs irrigation and crop condition on the spot — and the office sees it immediately.

  • Logging that works offline

Runs in offline mode, stores records locally, and syncs automatically when signal returns.

  • An interface built for hands

Large, clear controls that work in bright sun or with gloves on.

  • Photos as evidence

Photograph crop condition or a pest and attach it to the operation itself.

  • Tasks and reminders

See your day’s work in one notification and tick it off when done.

  • Mobile app for phones and tablets
  • Instant sync to the office dashboard
  • Records survive a network drop

Built for how you work

Built around how farms actually run, not around templates

Every decision in Hasad comes from real agricultural work: consecutive seasons, growth stages, seasonal labour, and inventory that moves with the season.

  • Works where there is no signal

Full offline mode, with automatic sync when coverage returns.

  • A genuinely Arabic interface

Terms and fields designed in Arabic first, with complete right-to-left support on every screen.

  • Precise permissions

Each role sees only what concerns them, with a log of every change to the data.

  • Your data is yours

Export everything at any time, with no lock-in and no extra fees.

What Hasad users say

Notes from farm owners, managers and supervisors after running it in practice:

Frequently asked questions

These are the questions that reach us from farm owners and managers, answered honestly.

  • What is Hasad?

Hasad is a cloud farm management system that brings farms and fields, crops and their growth stages, field operations, workforce and pay, inventory, expenses and revenue, and reporting into one platform. Instead of managing these in separate files, you see them all in one management dashboard, and every record connects to the others automatically.

  • Can I manage more than one farm?

Yes. Every plan allows more than one farm, and the system grows with you. The Professional plan covers up to 10 farms with separate sites, fields and users; on the Enterprise plan the number is unlimited, with branches and separate permissions.

  • Is it suitable for small individual farms?

Yes, and you can start on the Basic plan for a single farm. That said, we designed the system primarily for companies and multi-site farm owners, because the logic of cost, profitability and comparing farms pays off when you run more than one location.

  • How long does it take to start?

Creating the account and entering your first farm takes minutes. Entering fields, workers and inventory items takes longer, but it is a one-off task. After that, logging daily work is faster than writing on paper.
