What the system is, who it is for, and how to begin.

  • What is Hasad?

    Hasad is a cloud farm management system that brings farms and fields, crops and their growth stages, field operations, workforce and pay, inventory, expenses and revenue, and reporting into one platform. Instead of managing these in separate files, you see them all in one management dashboard, and every record connects to the others automatically.

  • Can I manage more than one farm?

    Yes. Every plan allows more than one farm, and the system grows with you. The Professional plan covers up to 10 farms with separate sites, fields and users; on the Enterprise plan the number is unlimited, with branches and separate permissions.

  • Is it suitable for small individual farms?

    Yes, and you can start on the Basic plan for a single farm. That said, we designed the system primarily for companies and multi-site farm owners, because the logic of cost, profitability and comparing farms pays off when you run more than one location.

  • How long does it take to start?

    Creating the account and entering your first farm takes minutes. Entering fields, workers and inventory items takes longer, but it is a one-off task. After that, logging daily work is faster than writing on paper.

Crops & operations

How crops and field work are managed.

  • Can I track crops?

    Yes. For each crop you record its type, variety, season and expected harvest date, then follow its stages from preparation through ripening to harvest, updating its condition and growth percentage. You also get a direct comparison of expected versus actual output per crop.

  • Can I log field operations?

    Yes: planting, irrigation, fertilising, spraying and harvest. Each operation is recorded with its date, the quantity of water, fertiliser or pesticide used, the cost, its location in the field, and who carried it out. Upcoming operations can be scheduled in advance.

  • Can I manage workers?

    Yes. Each worker has a record covering their details, pay and assignment across farms, together with attendance logging, task assignment and completion tracking, pay calculated from attendance and approved tasks, and a comparison of worker productivity.

  • Does it work without internet?

    Yes, because coverage in the field is often unreliable. The app runs in offline mode, saves records locally, and sends them automatically once signal returns — with no lost entries and no double counting.

  • Can I follow the farm from my phone?

    Yes. The platform is designed mobile-first: logging operations, tasks and attendance from the field, and reviewing numbers and reports from anywhere. It also works on tablets with a layout suited to larger screens.

Money & inventory

Expenses, revenue, production cost, profit and inputs.

  • Can I track expenses?

    Yes. You log an expense by category (operations, inputs, labour, rent, utilities) and link it to a farm, crop and field where possible. Because every expense is attributed, production cost per crop is calculated automatically rather than estimated at the end of the season.

  • Is there an inventory system?

    Yes. You manage items across seed, fertiliser, pesticide, tools and supplies, with a complete movement history: purchase, return, issue, stocktake and wastage. Every item has a live balance and a reorder point, and the system alerts you automatically when it is reached.

  • How is net profit calculated?

    It combines logged revenue (crop sales at their unit price) with the expenses attributed to a specific farm and crop. The result is net profit per farm, per crop and per month, with comparison against forecast and the previous season.

  • Can reports be exported?

    Yes. Production, expense, inventory, workforce and profitability reports are available in the platform and can be exported to PDF and Excel, or shared by link with anyone you choose inside your account.

Data security, support, the trial and customisation.

  • Is my data safe?

    Yes. Data is held in one encrypted central company account and does not depend on a single personal device. Copies of your data are not circulated between team devices, you can export a complete copy at any time, and your permissions and change log keep it protected.

  • Is there technical support?

    Yes, by email and WhatsApp, with direct follow-up when you start and afterwards. We begin by entering your first farm’s data with you until the system is familiar to your team.

  • Is there a free trial?

    Yes, a full 14 days with every module available and no credit card required. You can enter your real data and judge the result before deciding to subscribe.

  • Can the system be customised to our company?

    Yes. We start by understanding how you work: the breakdowns you use, the reports you need and the permissions of each role. Based on that we adjust fields, templates and integrations until the system closely matches your operation, rather than forcing your operation into the software.

  • Can I cancel easily?

    Yes. Plans are monthly or annual with no long-term commitment, and you can cancel or change plan at any time. On cancellation your account stays available so you can export your full data.
